The Role
As a Commercial Counsel at Tendencys Innovatios, you will play a pivotal role in managing all facets of commercial agreements. This includes structuring deals, drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that generate revenue. You will be instrumental in creating scalable legal frameworks to support our expanding portfolio of commercial clients, contributing strategically to our growth in a rapidly evolving market.

Your ability to distill complex information into clear communication will be essential as you engage with various stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the drafting and negotiation of contracts with commercial clients.
- Enhance standard agreements and legal processes for continuous improvement.
- Define and establish infrastructure for scalable legal support to our growing customer base.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business, Operations, Finance, and Engineering, to facilitate deal execution.
- Experience in commercial contracting or technology transactions, preferably in-house at a high-growth SaaS organization.
- Expertise in managing complex commercial transactions, including SaaS and licensing agreements.
- Strong independent working skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team.
- Proven track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges while managing multiple projects.
- Flexibility to travel and adapt to a varied work schedule as required by team needs.
- Interest in building scalable legal systems.
- Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. state or the United Kingdom.
- 2-5 years of experience in transactional law.

The estimated salary range for this position is $135,000 - $200,000 per year, with total compensation potentially including stock options, sign-on bonuses, and other incentives based on individual qualifications and experience.
