Job Title: Software Engineer II

Job Summary:
LanceSoft is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer II to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying web applications using a combination of SharePoint, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into robust and user-friendly web applications.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain web applications using a combination of SharePoint, Power Apps, and other relevant technologies.
  • Experience implementing user interface/user experience (UI/UX) best practices and human-centered design (HCD) principles.
  • Ensure web applications and data visualizations adhere to best practices for clarity, usability, branding, and accessibility.
  • Use Power Apps to create interactive user interfaces that integrate seamlessly with SharePoint.
  • Stay up to date on the latest advancements in SharePoint, Power Apps, and web development technologies.

Requirements:
  • Requires practical knowledge and demonstrated competence within job area typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
  • Requires a University Degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience.

Specialist Career Stream:
Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals.

Autonomy:
