Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly qualified part-time instructor to teach an introductory lecture course in neuroscience at Northern Kentucky University. The successful candidate will have a strong background in neuroscience and experience in teaching.

Responsibilities:

  • Teach NEU 101 Neuroscience for Life: Sex to Society in a fully face-to-face format on the NKU campus.
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans to promote student learning and understanding of neuroscience concepts.
  • Assess student progress and provide feedback to students.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of curriculum and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Neuroscience or a related field with appropriate neuroscience experience.
  • Strong teaching and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with students, faculty, and staff.
