About the Job

We are seeking a Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar operational role, with a passion for driving operational excellence. Key responsibilities include planning and directing manufacturing operations, managing production activities, and developing and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plans and directs manufacturing operations, including pre-production planning and scheduling.
  • Manages all production activities, including quality control and assurance.
  • Develops and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Provides leadership and management to production personnel, including training and development.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar operational role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, business). Master's degree preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Work Schedule:

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, 8am-4:30pm. Regular hours may vary based on business needs.
