- Diagnose and resolve issues related to IAM products and processes.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or technical institute degree/certificate.
- Relevant work experience may substitute for educational requirements, particularly in IT disciplines.
- Familiarity with IAM tools and technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when necessary.
- Knowledge of PeopleSoft Campus Solutions Security and SailPoint IIQ is advantageous.
