Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology is seeking a skilled Radiation Technologist to join their team for a 13-week travel assignment in Mount Kisco, New York.
Key Responsibilities:- Administer radiation treatments to patients as ordered by physicians.
- Operate and maintain computed tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality images.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and comfort.
- Develop and implement radiation safety protocols to minimize patient exposure.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding radiation therapy.
- One to three years of experience as a Radiation Technologist.
- Current certification in radiation therapy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
