Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented Corporate Tax Professional to join our expanding Florham Park, NJ office. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with various client service engagement teams, providing expert tax services to a diverse range of clients. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing complex consolidated and standalone corporate federal and state income tax returns, conducting tax research, and drafting/reviewing memorandums to support tax return filing positions and special projects.

**Key Responsibilities:**
• Prepare complex tax returns for selected clients
• Conduct tax research and draft/review memorandums
• Collaborate on client service engagement teams
• Demonstrate expertise in ASC 740 and prepare income tax accrual calculations

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in accounting
• Minimum of 1 year of income tax preparation experience in a corporate tax department or professional services firm
• Experience with automated tax processing systems and online tax research tools: ONESOURCE, CCH, RIA, & BNA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to articulate complex information
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
