Residential Caregiver

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Staff to join our team at KZL Agency. As a Residential Staff, you will play a vital role in providing support and care to individuals with daily living skills, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful relationships.

• Assist individuals with daily living skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and medication management.
• Support individuals with community outings and teach social skills.
• Provide opportunities for individuals to be as independent as possible.
• Develop relationships with individuals and their families.
• Participate in training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• Ability to obtain ACT 33/34 and FBI clearance.
• Ability to pass physical and TB tests.
• 18 years or older.
