University Enrollment Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled University Enrollment Strategist to join our team at Montclair State University.

• Develop and implement comprehensive enrollment strategies for undergraduate, graduate, and international populations.
• Oversee the operations of the Offices of Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions.
• Serve as a key leader in advancing enrollment goals while ensuring compliance with institutional policies and federal regulations.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to drive strategic planning initiatives and enrollment projections.
• Manage and develop staff within the enrollment management division.

• Minimum of five years of progressively responsible experience in higher education recruitment and admissions.
• Demonstrated ability to meet aggressive enrollment targets and manage teams effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to support relationship-building with students and other constituents.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform strategy and decision-making.

• Terminal degree from an accredited college or university in higher education administration or a related field.
• Experience working with Slate, Banner, and/or Workday Student.
• Fluency in Spanish.

$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
