Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Outpatient Psychiatrist to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to adults in our outpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat mental health disorders in adults using evidence-based practices
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote mental health and wellness
Requirements
  • Board certification in psychiatry
  • Current licensure in Washington state
  • Experience in outpatient psychiatry, preferably in a behavioral health setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
