We offer competitive pay for this Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position, with an estimated annual salary of $38,000-$45,000 based on experience and location in Tennessee.

Job Description

This full-time PRN role involves performing basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN or LPN, including monitoring vital signs, and recording intake and output. The CNA will also assist patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, eating, and ambulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Performing basic patient care activities as delegated and supervised by an RN or LPN
  • Assisting patients with tending to personal care and activities of daily living
  • Reporting abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental, and emotional conditions to nursing staff
  • Assisting with keeping patient rooms and common areas stocked, clean and orderly

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have a High School diploma or equivalent work experience, a valid Nursing Assistant certification in the State of TN, and at least 1 year of recent post-acute care experience. Additionally, you will need to obtain Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
