Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Tutera Senior Living & Health Care. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of efficient and effective nursing care while achieving positive clinical outcomes and resident/family satisfaction in accordance with accepted standards of practice, state and federal regulations, and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care plans
* Collaborate with physicians and other medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care
* Supervise and direct nursing care during assigned shifts, including staff assignments, mentoring, and educating nursing personnel
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care and treatment

Requirements:

* Active and in good standing Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
* Prior experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
* Professional image in both appearance and behavior
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
