We are seeking a skilled Travel Nurse RN to join our team at Hillcrest Hospital. As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Med/Surg Tele unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians and in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care, including vital signs, medication administration, and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in unit-specific competency exams and maintain current certifications and training.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio or a compact state.
- Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg Tele.
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications.
- ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate completion during orientation.
- Qualivis – Lotus hours submission.
- Day shift, 3-12 hour shifts, 7am-7pm.
- Every other weekend and every other holiday.
- Government-Issued Photo ID required.
- AHA Only (Instructor or Provider); RQI acceptable.
- Candidates whose certifications expire within 30 days of start MUST renew their certification prior to start.
