Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Court Associate to join our team at The GIANT Company. As a Food Court Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve food, including sandwiches, subs, roast or fry chicken, and appetizers
  • Operate kitchen equipment, such as ovens, fryers, and slicers
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including cleaning and sanitizing all work surfaces, tools, and equipment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including answering customer questions and resolving customer complaints
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand Company policies and safety regulations to complete job duties satisfactorily
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including but not limited to regular attendance
Working Conditions

This position requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent exposure to heat, cold, and noise. The team member must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
