Key Responsibilities
  • Lead projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify project requirements, goals, and priorities.
  • Develop and deliver projects with minimal oversight, managing project teams successfully.
  • Ensure documentation meets Quality Control standards and conduct QC reviews of contract documents.
  • Conduct technical and peer reviews of complex projects.
  • Mentor architectural staff and provide opportunities for growth and advancement.
Requirements
  • 5-year B-Arch or BA/BS with M-Arch highly desired.
  • Professional registered architect with 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • NCARB certification highly desired.
