Phoenix Stamping Group is seeking a skilled Assembly Machine Operator to join our team in the Assembly department. As an Assembly Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating hand-operated metal stamping presses and other duties required in the Assembly department.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Operate press for assembly operations, ensuring high-quality production and adherence to specifications.
  • Review job travelers and part drawings to accurately produce parts, maintaining attention to detail and quality control.
  • Conduct regular quality checks during production to ensure parts meet required dimensions and specifications.
  • Complete all job-related paperwork and production reporting to accurately record part quantity and scrap.
  • Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks, to move raw materials and parts as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to 6S guidelines and safety standards.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Reliable transportation.
