We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Stewarding Supervisor to join our team at Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and service in our back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Stewarding department, ensuring that all areas are clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Supervise and train a team of Stewards to ensure that they are providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity in the Stewarding department.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Fluency in Spanish is an asset.
