**About the Role:**

Cryptostart seeks a highly skilled Senior Blockchain Regulatory Expert to join our team. As a key member of our legal department, you will play a crucial role in navigating the complex regulatory landscape surrounding cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Navigate the regulatory landscape surrounding cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology in a particular jurisdiction.
• Advising clients on KYC/AML (Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering) rules, securities laws, tax implications, and international regulations.
• Licensing and Registration: Helping businesses obtain necessary licenses or register with authorities depending on their activities (e.g., exchanges, wallets, ICOs).

About You:

We are looking for a passionate lawyer with expertise in contract law, corporate law, bankruptcy, blockchain, and crypto law. You should have gained experience in judicial practice and specialize in bankruptcy procedures for various companies as an anti-crisis manager. A strong understanding of blockchain technology, digital platforms, Fintech, and Crypto is essential.
