Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join our team at Greater Texas Healthcare Enterprises. As a CRNA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our anesthesia department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pre-Anesthetic Assessment and Evaluation: Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations of patients to identify potential risks and develop personalized care plans.
  • Anesthetic Plan Development and Implementation: Develop and implement anesthetic plans of care, including monitoring modalities and post-anesthesia follow-up evaluation and care.
  • Anesthetic Administration: Select, obtain, and administer anesthetic plans of care, including induction, maintenance, and emergence phase anesthesia.

Education and Experience:

  • Education: Graduation from an accredited School of anesthesia approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Experience: Must have 2 years of clinical experience working in a physician office.

Certifications and Licenses:

  • Certification: Certification by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Licenses: Valid Nursing License or compact state license and ability to become Licensed in applicable state within 30 days.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), PALS: Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
