- Supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff as needed to ensure efficient and effective care delivery
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Alabama
- Experience in critical care nursing, preferably in a MICU setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
