Job Title: Travel Licensed Practical Nurse

CareerStaff Unlimited is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at a Skilled Nursing Facility in High Point, NC.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing various medical procedures
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care and communication
  • Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of NC
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an LPN in a Skilled Nursing Facility
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including days, nights, and weekends
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
