Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at Reser's Fine Foods. As a key member of our receiving and inventory team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the receipt of raw materials, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring a smooth and efficient warehouse operation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and inventory products shipped to the warehouse by common carriers
  • Maintain and file paperwork received from common carriers
  • Rotate products according to company guidelines
  • Unload trucks with fresh products
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
  • Follow company safety guidelines and Good Manufacturing Practices
  • Regular attendance and punctuality is required due to working with people, items and equipment that are at the facility

Requirements:

  • Forklift experience is required
  • Warehouse experience is preferred
  • Must be able to read, write, and speak English and be understood
  • English/Spanish bilingual is a plus

Working Conditions:

The warehouse environment may be wet or dry and temperatures may range from 25°F to 110°F. Repetitive lifting, kneeling, and bending with packages in excess of 80 lbs is required. Production demands may require overtime and/or evening or weekend scheduling.
