At CVS Health, we're seeking a skilled Financial Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance PBM Client Payments Team, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and improving our rebate payment calculation, reporting, and communication processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a robust calendar of rebate payment deliverables, performing detailed manual calculations, large standard payment reconciliations, and thorough historical payment research projects.
  • Work autonomously on set deliverables while maintaining the strategy for continuous improvement.
  • Interact with various levels within the organization, including relaying detail on large payments to upper leadership, working with internal audit teams, and managing a consistent workload of requests and inquiries.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years of MS Excel experience and experience with all of Microsoft Suite.
  • 1+ years of finance/accounting or applicable experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a financial operations role.
  • PBM industry experience.
  • SQL experience.
  • Database experience.
  • Working with large volumes of data.
  • Intermediate working knowledge of accounting and workload management software (e.g. SAP & Salesforce).

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
