Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a reliable and organized Cook/Dietary Aide to join our team at Fairway View Neighborhoods. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals according to the posted menu, ensuring that they are attractive, timely, and portioned correctly.
  • Dietary Knowledge: Have working knowledge of diets, use proper portions, garnishes, and make appropriate substitutions.
  • Dietary Activities: Perform various dietary activities, including preparing foods, portioning foods, setting up trays, clearing tables, racking, and washing dishes, pots, and pans.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be expected to maintain a sanitary environment and perform other duties as assigned by management.
