Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Collection Specialist to join our team at Scenic City Fitness 24/7. As a key member of our financial team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our strong financial health.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of all collection activities
  • Contact customers to discuss outstanding payments and set up payment plans
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries regarding billing and collections
  • Work with the accounting team to reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies
  • Utilize collection software to track and update customer accounts
Requirements
  • Previous experience in collections or a related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of collection laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software
