Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with children from birth to 3 years old to promote sensory-motor skills and enhance their overall development.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess and evaluate children's sensory-motor skills and develop plans to improve them
  • Provide rehabilitative, active, or restorative services to children to help them perform tasks at home and in other environments
  • Collaborate with families and other healthcare professionals to ensure children receive comprehensive care
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records
  • Comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and standards to ensure the health and safety of children and families
Requirements:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Registration with the American Physical Therapy Association
  • Certification by the Medical Licensing Board
  • Meets criteria for First Steps Provider Enrollment
