Mountaire Farms is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Engineering Intern. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the agricultural food production industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and implementation of projects related to processing facility or feed mill operations
  • Work with project stakeholders to come to a design/plan and maintain project updates until completion
  • Research new and existing methods and present ideas to improve design based on feedback
  • Complete assigned project identified by department mentor and attend weekly seminar series across different Mountaire facilities
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled and pursuing an Associate or Bachelor's degree at an accredited college or university
  • Engineering major preferred
  • AutoCAD experience required
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Motivated and able to take field measurements and verify
