Key Responsibilities- Teach 1-2 online courses at the graduate/masters level in Elementary and Teacher Education
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans and course materials
- Assess student learning and provide feedback
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to program development
- Master's degree plus 18 hours of graduate-level endorsement in specific subjects or National Board Certification
- Experience in teaching in online/digital environments
- Blackboard Learning Management System experience is beneficial
- Eligibility for NC teaching license required
- Ph.D. or Ed.D. in Elementary Education, Curriculum and Instruction, or related field
- Experience in leadership of Pre K-12 schools at the principal or superintendent level
- Subject-specific preparation in areas such as literacy, math, science, social studies, arts/music, physical education, psychology, classroom management, education research, curriculum and instruction, education leadership, and principal preparation
