About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team at Doherty Staffing Solutions. As an Assembler, you will play a critical role in the production process, ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Packaging Operations: Perform assembly and packaging operations according to instructions, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Set up, operate, and maintain manufacturing and test equipment and fixtures as instructed.
  • Quality Control: Monitor the quality of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and finished products, adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies.
  • Safety and Compliance: Follow all safety rules, communicate any unsafe conditions or accidents to the Lead and/or Manager, and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Productivity and Efficiency: Complete assigned jobs in a timely manner within specified standards, and cross-train throughout manufacturing to accommodate fluctuations in workload and meet customer demands.
Requirements
  • Adherence to Clean Room Operating Procedure: Strict adherence to PROD-2004 Clean room Operating Procedure is required.
  • Communication and Literacy: Ability to read, write, and speak English to comprehend and execute Manufacturing Work Instructions (MWI).
  • Physical Demands: Regularly able to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, and perform repetitive motions, with the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Comfort with Materials: Comfortable working with alcohol, adhesives, and metal.
