This position involves providing inpatient medical care services for patients with various neurosurgical disorders. Responsibilities include primary patient care in the Neuro ICU, collaborating with the neurosurgery team, and participating in professional development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Admitting patients to the hospital and providing comprehensive care
• Conducting thorough patient assessments and ordering diagnostic tests to inform treatment decisions
• Performing necessary procedures in the ICU and maintaining a high level of technical skill
• Handling urgent/emergent situations and maintaining effective communication with healthcare providers
• Demonstrating leadership and knowledge of legal issues related to patient care
• Participating in research activities and quality improvement projects to advance patient outcomes
