Salary: Guaranteed $18/hr minimum plus tips, with $0.67/mile reimbursement-earn more while driving

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Delivery Driver to join our team at JoyLeaf NJ LLC. As a Delivery Driver, you will work with the Delivery Ops Manager to provide exceptional customer experiences for our delivery operations from the Roselle store location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver cannabis products to customers in a timely and reliable manner.
  • Use a delivery app on a personal smartphone to manage deliveries and routes.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
  • Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and standards, as well as laws related to cannabis delivery.
  • Collect payments and give change as necessary.
  • Use a personal vehicle for delivery, ensuring it is well-maintained and meets all safety standards.
  • Learn and adhere to JoyLeaf's standard operating procedures for delivery of cannabis products in the state of New Jersey.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Ability to pass a motor vehicle report (MVR) check and background check.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must own a reliable vehicle that meets all legal requirements for delivery.
  • Good communication, customer service skills and ability to handle cash transactions.

Work Environment:

The position requires work at irregular hours, e.g. Delivery operations will largely run from 12-8pm from Tuesday through Saturday.
