About the Role

Murdoch Developmental Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on 2nd shift. As a LPN, you will provide direct clinical services and medication administration to our patients. You will work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and collaborate with the RN in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct clinical services and medication administration to patients
  • Work under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
  • Collaborate with the RN in planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care
  • Perform and document nursing procedures and techniques as prescribed by the physician and outlined in the Person Centered Plan
Requirements
  • Licensed to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse in North Carolina or in a participating Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state
  • Valid Driver License
  • Ability to pass Healthcare Provider CPR and Non-Violent Crisis Intervention (NVCI) written and physical requirements
