As a Travel Nurse RN Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospice care, and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a hospice setting, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, and develop plans to address these needs.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Active RN license in the state where the assignment is located.
- 2+ years of experience in hospice care, with a focus on home care and home base experience.
- BLS certification with AHA.
