Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Intensive Care Unit Registered Nurse to join our team at Norman Regional Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assess and manage patients with life-threatening conditions, such as respiratory failure, sepsis, and cardiac arrest.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Administer medications, perform procedures, and provide education to patients and families.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
  • Previous experience in critical care nursing, preferably in an ICU setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
