Campus Security Guardian

The Williston Northampton School, an independent co-educational boarding and day school located in Massachusetts, has a full-time opening for a Campus Safety Officer.

We offer a competitive salary range of approximately $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, retirement, and paid time off.

This role involves performing all standard security duties, including:

• Providing assistance to students, staff, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner;
• Patrolling the campus to identify potential safety risks and completing incident reports;
• Daily and nightly building checks;
• Responding to emergency incidents and providing traffic control at campus events;

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Security-related experience and proven safety-awareness skills;
• CPR, AED, and First-Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain within 60 days);
• Proficient computer skills, especially Microsoft Office Suite and security-related software;
• A valid driver's license and safe driving record;
• Ability to pass a post-offer employment physical and successfully complete background checks, including CORI and fingerprint-based checks.
