Key Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly and proactively approach them to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Uphold company standards for merchandising and presentation, including floor sets, signage requirements, price changes, inventory presentation, and replenishment.
  • Promote company programs, such as loyalty rewards and private label credit cards.
  • Adhere to established policies and procedures related to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures.
  • Create an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
  • Support the team across the store and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Prior retail sales or customer-facing experience is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds repetitively.
  • Capacity to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
  • Ability to work at heights greater than 4 feet with use of a ladder or aerial lifting device.
  • Capacity to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

The estimated salary for this role is $12.50-$15.00 per hour, depending on location and experience. We offer competitive compensation and benefits packages to our employees, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement.
