About the Insurance Broker Position

We are seeking a skilled Insurance Broker to help us manage our business development activities and drive revenue growth. As an Insurance Broker, you will be responsible for finding new clients, promoting and selling our insurance plans, and building long-term relationships to ensure the stability of our revenues and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Consultation: Consult with clients to identify their risk management needs and develop effective strategies to mitigate those risks.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to sell our insurance plans to current and new clients, and meet sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to identify new business opportunities and promote our insurance products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Organize and maintain accurate records, databases, and bookkeeping systems to ensure efficient business operations.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with market trends and updates in the insurance industry to ensure we are offering the best products and services to our clients.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, and adhere to our company's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Good experience in providing client-focused solutions and building customer relationships.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Experience working with various types of insurance plans, including automobile, fire, life, property, medical, and others.
  • Technical Skills: Good knowledge of computers and statistics methods.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and sales skills.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Education: High school or BSc degree; professional certification is a plus.
