Position Summary:
We are seeking passionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide individualized nursing care for our pediatric patients. Our focus is on ensuring the highest standards of health and safety for children aged 0-20.

Available Cases:
  • 12-year-old patient with GB/Autism, available Wednesday and Sunday from 6 AM to 6 PM.
  • 9-year-old GB patient, available Monday to Thursday from 6:30 PM to 11:30 PM and Saturday/Sunday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
  • 6-month-old patient on NG-Tube/O2, available Monday and Friday from 7:30 AM to 5 PM.
  • 9-year-old patient with GB & Trach (non-vent), available Thursday and Friday from 7 PM to 7 AM.
  • 1.5-month-old NG-Tube patient (schedule and hours to be determined).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver one-on-one nursing care tailored to the pediatric population.
  • Monitor vital signs and provide safe, competent medical care.
  • Review and adhere to the established plan of care for optimal patient outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with the office regarding medication clarifications, changes in condition, and medical appointments.
  • Educate families on medical care and necessary training.

Qualifications:
  • Active LVN/LPN/RN license in Texas.
  • Current American Red Cross CPR certification.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to train or enhance skills in areas such as enteral feedings, trach care, and ventilator management.
  • Physical capability to lift a minimum of 80-90 pounds.
  • Comfortable working in a home care environment.
  • Experience with EMR charting (no paper documentation).

Compensation:
$37.00 per hour

Expected Hours:
36 – 48 hours per week
