Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales and operational goals, while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all bakery products meet company and regulatory standards for quality, safety, and sanitation.
  • Operations Management: Plan and execute daily operations, including production, inventory management, and equipment maintenance.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Training and Development: Train and develop associates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
Requirements
  • 6 months experience in a bakery production department or 6 months experience supervising a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
