About This Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Artificial Intelligence Solutions Architect to lead our machine learning efforts and drive innovation in machine learning technologies. As a seasoned professional in the field of machine learning, you will play a critical role in developing and deploying machine learning models and systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Set technical direction, define best practices, and drive innovation in machine learning technologies, leading and inspiring a team of machine learning engineers.
  • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems and drive insights.
  • Collect, clean, and preprocess data from various sources to train machine learning models, ensuring data quality and suitability for modeling purposes.
  • Identify and engineer relevant features from raw data to improve model performance and predictive accuracy.
  • Train and evaluate machine learning models using appropriate techniques and metrics, iterating and refining models as needed to improve performance.
  • Deploy machine learning models into production environments, working closely with engineering teams to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.
  • Monitor and maintain the performance of deployed models, identifying and addressing issues as they arise.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a proven track record of developing and deploying machine learning models and systems.
  • Leadership experience, with a track record of leading machine learning teams and driving impactful results.
  • Proficiency in programming such as Python, Java, or Scala, and experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and techniques, including supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform, and familiarity with distributed computing and big data technologies.

Compensation: The estimated salary for this role is $220,000 per year.
