We offer a competitive hourly wage range of $35 to $40, plus 2% commission on personal sales. Eligible employees also enjoy great benefits, including medical, dental, and prescription drug coverage, company-paid life and short-term disability coverage, and free eyeglasses.

• Greet patients and customers, identifying their needs to ensure an easy and memorable experience.
• Provide recommendations on products and services available, ensuring customers choose options that suit their budget and eyecare needs.
• Attain sales goals while complying with company policies and procedures.
• Measure, fit, and adapt lenses and frames according to written optical prescriptions or specifications.
• Ensure brand standards by performing basic housekeeping duties when necessary.
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service as a Licensed Optician.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and be flexible with changing business needs.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse groups of people.
