We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our team at Quality Talent Group. As an ADAS Calibration Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and safety of vehicle diagnostic scanning and calibration services.

Responsibilities
  • Perform Vehicle Diagnostics: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot complex vehicle issues.
  • Calibrate and Program Vehicles: Perform static and dynamic calibrations, as well as program vehicles with factory or non-factory software.
  • Scanning and Repair: Conduct thorough vehicle scans and perform wire/connector repair and replacement as needed.
  • Support Team Members: Provide guidance and training to colleagues on diagnostics and enhance their learning experience.
  • Communicate with Customers: Effectively communicate with internal and external customers to establish supply and demand in our services.
  • Collaborate with Market Management: Participate in weekly meetings to determine needs, struggles, or positive actions to aid company growth.
  • Maintain Equipment and Vehicles: Safeguard and maintain equipment and company-assigned vehicles.
  • Miscellaneous Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Automotive Background: 5+ years of experience in the automotive industry, servicing and diagnosing all automotive systems.
  • Technological Skills: Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Teams, Word, and other relevant software.
  • ADAS and Electrical Skills: Proficient in ADAS and electrical performed services, including calibrations, programming, diagnostics, wire/connector repair, etc.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Continuous Learning: A continuous learner seeking to develop new skills and expand knowledge for maximum career progression.
  • Productivity and Urgency: Ability to remain productive and work with a great sense of urgency.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods of time in automotive shop environments.
  • Knowledge of Electrical Diagnostic Equipment: Strong knowledge of electrical diagnostic equipment, including multimeter, power probe, resistors, etc.
  • Ability to Read and Understand Factory and Non-Factory Service Information: Ability to read and understand factory and non-factory service information.
  • Ability to Perform and Analyze Vehicle Health Analysis Scans: Ability to perform and analyze vehicle health analysis scans with factory and non-factory tooling.
  • Ability to Read and Understand Vehicle Wiring Schematics: Ability to read and understand vehicle wiring schematics.
  • Ability to Perform Wire/Connector Repair and/or Replacement: Ability to perform wire/connector repair and/or replacement.
  • Ability to Program Vehicles: Ability to program vehicles with factory or non-factory software.
  • Ability to Perform All Level 1, 2, and 3 Calibrations: Ability to perform all level 1, 2, and 3 calibrations (static & dynamic).
  • Ability to Diagnose, Correct, and Verify Customer Vehicle Concerns: Ability to diagnose, correct, and verify all customer vehicle concerns.
  • Ability to Explain and Communicate Diagnosis: Ability to explain and properly communicate diagnosis both verbally and written formats.
  • Safe Driving Record and Valid Driver's License: A safe driving record and a valid Driver's License required.
