Job Description
The Assistant Store Manager will play a critical role in driving store sales and providing exceptional customer service. This includes supervising and coaching sales associates, creating engaging store experiences, and setting operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and coach sales associates to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service* Create engaging store experiences that drive sales and customer loyalty* Set operational standards for the store, including visual merchandising and inventory management* Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and implement operational improvements* Foster a positive and inclusive store culture*
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need a high school diploma and demonstrated retail sales success. You should have a minimum of 1 year experience as a key holder, opening and closing stores, and additional supervisory experience is a plus. You will also need to be flexible with your schedule and availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
