About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our clinical team at LifeStance Health. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to patients with a range of mental health issues.
- Develop and implement treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work (MSW or DSW) from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oklahoma.
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and adults with mental health issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
