About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Compensation and Benefits Manager to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of total rewards strategies that drive business results and support our employees' well-being.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and execute meaningful total rewards communications for candidates and employees.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training for managers and employees regarding compensation, benefits, and leaves.
  • Coordinate employee leave requests, including determination of employee eligibility, analysis of returned paperwork, pay processing, and management of employee return to service or separation process.

  • An estimated salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
