Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and review invoices for accuracy and compliance with contract terms.

  • Generate job cost reports and regularly communicate performance to interested parties.
  • Credit card reconciliation and reporting.
  • Function as the primary contact for expense report corrections and submission.
  • Verify construction project data entry into accounting system.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Construction Accounting with experience with Construction Accounting Software.
  • Experience with multiple Construction Accounting Software such as Foundation, Procore, Textura, Build, Sage, Timberline, GC Pay, and Quickbooks.
  • Experience working as a Project Accountant out of a GC.
  • Strong tenure with at least 3+ years per job.
  • Willingness to answer phones and greet clients.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
