Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and drive architectural decisions for AI adoption across the organization.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and NLP, conducting research and experimentation to drive innovation.
  • Design, implement, and scale core systems and features to support thousands of customers, including our virtual SDR technology.
  • Work with engineers, product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define strategy and set multi-quarter objectives and key results.
  • Establish and promote software engineering best practices, contribute to design and code reviews, and improve system observability and performance.
Requirements:
  • 12+ years of experience in tech, including 5+ years of successfully steering software development and QA teams.
  • Expertise in modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud technologies.
  • Hands-on experience in natural language processing, large language models, and AI/NLP.
  • Proven track record of igniting talent and fueling the professional growth of team members.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
