Job Summary:
Northside Hospital is a leading healthcare provider in Atlanta, offering a dynamic and challenging work environment for registered nurses. We are seeking highly motivated and compassionate new graduate RNs to join our team as part of our Spring 2025 Mom Baby RN Residency Program.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to mothers and newborns in a fast-paced hospital setting.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes excellence in patient care.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Georgia.
- Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
- Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
- Other REQUIRED cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS, NRP, PALS, etc.) are unit specific.
- Please refer to the specific clinical unit for additional education, competencies and/or certification required as a condition of employment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- BSN degree preferred.
