Computer Technologies Consultants (CTC) is seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to support the Intelligence Community in Laurel, MD. The opportunity to telework one day a week is offered for this effort.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a new modernized collaboration and business process solution to facilitate information exchange between various DOD and Industry Partners.
  • Provide application development and production support. The end product will be an automated solution to register and track information vital to the enterprise.
  • Engage with the customer throughout the development process, elicit requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure timely delivery of the solution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate design concepts into a final product.
  • The position will require working on a fast-paced team in an agile environment and a willingness to take on challenges to creatively solve customer requirement problem sets.
  • The opportunity to telework one day a week is offered for this effort.

Requirements:

  • TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and Twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering. Sixteen(16) years of experience in software development/engineering may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with one of the following JavaScript or CSS frameworks: React, Bootstrap, with the willingness and ability to pivot to one of the others.
  • Working understanding of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
  • Ability to work during core hours of 10AM-2PM Monday Friday. Exceptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience with GitLab
  • Experience with Agile methodologies
  • Working knowledge of accessibility standards (ADA Section508 compliance)
  • UX (User Experience) or UI (User Interface) design experience can benefit the candidate
