Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, autism, mental illness, and behavioral challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with varying levels of ability
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Encourage participation in community activities and hobbies
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with individuals, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • No experience required; training provided
  • High School Diploma required
  • Valid Driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance required for day and evening shifts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
